2026 Waterdrop Prime Fall Pre-sale promotion will begin at 12:00 AM PDT on Sep. 26th, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on Oct. 5th, 2026.
Eligibility
This promotion is available to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence and have a valid shipping address within an eligible Waterdrop Canada delivery area as of September 26, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”).
eGift Card Terms
1. Purchased eGift Cards will be sent by email after the purchase is completed. If a delivery date is selected, the eGift Card will be emailed on the selected date.
2. eGift Cards can be redeemed at checkout and may be used toward any product on waterdropfilter.ca. Any remaining balance can be used on future purchases.
3. Purchased eGift Cards do not expire.
4. Multiple eGift Cards may be used on a single order and may be combined with eligible discount codes.
5. Purchased eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.
6. During the promotional period, each customer may purchase up to $500 in total eGift Card value.
1. Coupon Terms
-Only one coupon can be applied per order.
-Extra discount codes from events (e.g., Spin the Wheel) can be used on all products but cannot be combined with exclusive discounts.
-Customers may choose to apply for a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers. Note that purchase-related discounts will be void if another discount is applied at checkout.
-Coupons are valid only for Canada customers.
2. Price Match Policy
- At Waterdrop, we highly value our customers' shopping experience. That's why we offer a 30-day price match guarantee. If you happen to notice a price reduction on the item you purchased at Waterdrop within 30 days of your purchase, you are eligible to claim a price-match refund. To request a refund, please contact us at email. We are here to assist you promptly.
- Price protection applies to publicly listed product prices only and does not include coupon discounts, promotional codes, points, gift cards, or other promotional rewards.
3. Refund policy
-You are eligible to return any item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
-All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received.
-The 30-day risk-free return policy applies to all item(s).
-No restocking fee will be charged, but customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will cover the return postage expenses in the case of any return requests related to a quality issue.
-Please note that the 30-day risk-free return policy is only valid for orders within the continental Canada. For details, you can learn about our service policy.

Waterdrop reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.
Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that Waterdrop’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. Waterdrop reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
During the promotion, all orders must comply with Waterdrop's purchase agreement and return policy.
This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Waterdrop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time. Any updates will be announced on Waterdrop's official website.
Waterdrop is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
Waterdrop is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.
