The gift cards are bought online and automatically send to the targeted email after you pay the order.

On the payment page, use the gift card in exactly the same way as the coupon code.

1. You cannot return, refund, resell, reuse, or top up the gift card once redeemed. The unused card can be refunded.

2. The gift card can not be exchanged or refunded for another currency.

3. It could only be used to purchase products on our website (waterdropfilter.ca).

1. You can also use gift cards to deduct sales tax and shipping (if applicable).

2. The cards are tax-free.

You have two ways to check the balance of your gift card:

1.In the email you received with the gift card, click on the ""your gift card"" to check the balance.

1. Waterdrop reserves the right of final explanation, and to correct it if any clerical error or accounting error has occurred.

2. If you have any problem, please contact our customer service.

3. If the price of the product exceeds the full cost of the gift cards, the balance can be paid separately. But you need to use another payment method to pay for the remaining amount.

4. The gift card is valid indefinitely.
