Handling Time:

We need 24h to 48h to prepare your order, most of the packages will be shipped out within 24 hours except weekends and holidays.

Track your order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking information. Tracking information is also available on your "Order Details" page.

Shipping areas

The products can be delivered to most areas in Canada except regions where zip codes start with X or Y.

International shipping

We are sorry that the international shipping service is not supported for the time being.

Shipping Carriers

We work with Canada Post, FedEx and UPS to make sure your order will arrive on time.

Note: We don't accept requests to specify a certain carrier to deliver the package.

The package will be shipped from one of our Canada warehouses closest to your location.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team

If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase:

We can cancel the order for you at no additional cost. The cancellation may take up to 3 days, thank you for your patience and understanding.

If the package is already shipped, we will issue a prepaid label and return your payment AFTER we have received the package from you.

If you contact us after 24 hours of purchase:

You need to bear the return fee if the package is already shipped (depends on our system, not the order status).

The product has to be damage-free, packed in the packaging we sent to you, and with the original receipt of the purchase.

We will return your payment AFTER we have received the package from you.

There are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you do not have to worry unnecessarily about your order.

Return Policy

We accept return reasons including Defective, no longer needed, change your mind, not as described, etc.

If you want to return the item without any quality issue, you need to bear the return fee yourself and pay 20% of the original order as a restocking fee. We will cover the return postage for return requests regarding the quality issue.

Once you received a damaged / incorrect item and you want to file a claim, please email service@waterdropfilter.com together with your order information and the picture of the damaged / incorrect product. We are eager to help.

If you would like to return a product, please contact the customer service team BEFORE return a product, we will reply to you with return tips within 24 hours.

Note: Please do not return the package to the sender’s address without getting confirmation from our customer service team.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return guarantee. Warranty will begin from the date the product is received. If a product grows defective during the warranty period due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we can accept a return, provide free repair service, or issue a new replacement.

Refund Policy

After receiving your request or your packages, it may take up 1-3 business days to refund your money. (Unfortunately, due to current situations and the COVID-19, your refund may require an additional 1-2 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.)
